Microsoft continues to improve its Power Platform with its latest addition, Dynamics365, in Switzerland in December 2020. Microsoft Dynamics365 merges the functions of managing relationships with customers (CRM) and planning the resources of an enterprise (ERP). This comes a year after Microsoft unveiled 2 new cloud regions in the country (Zurich and Geneva). While setting up these data centers, Microsoft predicted that they would be able to support Microsoft Azure and Dynamics365 by the end of the year, and they delivered.
