CRM – Yammer integration

Dalla versione 2013 di CRM è supportata nativamente l’integrazione di Yammer.

Per chi non lo sapesse Yammer è un social network privato che permette di stimolare la collaborazione tra gruppi di lavoro e team all’interno di un contesto aziendale, ma anche all’esterno della società coinvolgendo clienti, o potenziali clienti, e fornitori.

CRM nativamente forniva degli strumenti “social” il social panel era un esempio, anche se abbastanza grossolano, che esprimeva la necessità di coinvolgere un gruppo di lavoro attorno ad un’entità: lead, opportunity, account, case, etc…

Dopo l’acquisizone di Yammer Microsoft ha deciso di integrare questo strumento all’interno di CRM permettendo agli utenti che interagiscono con il social network di sincronizzare i post nei pannelli social delle entità.

L’integrazione di Yammer all’interno di CRM è un procedimento abbastanza semplice ma soprattutto straight-forward:

  1. Innanzitutto è necessario creare un account enterprise di Yammer
  2. Navigare in Settings > Administration > Yammer Configuration
  3. A questo punto è necessario loggarsi su Yammer, in questo modo verranno mostrati i vari gruppi creati su Yammer
  4. A questo punto nella pagina di configurazione di Yammer è possibile specificare per ogni entità CRM le regole (attivata/disattivata) di posting di Yammer
