Field security

 

Il campo Livello di sicurezza in Microsoft Dynamics CRM consente di espandere il vostro modello di sicurezza al di là di entità da rendere visibili ad ogni ruolo.

Non è possibile proteggere i campi all’interno della definizione dei ruoli di sicurezza, infatti questo è ‘un processo completamente separato.

In Dynamics CRM 2011 e CRM  2013, è possibile applicare questa protezione solo su campi personalizzati, mentre dalla versione 2015 vi è la  possibilità di utilizzare anche la sicurezza livello di campo per i campi di default del sistema.

L’ impostazione della sicurezza dei campi è un processo che avviene in due step ben distinti:

1.Abilitare vostro campo per campo per la Sicurezza

2.Impostare un profilo per il campo così da  definire i privilegi concessi al vostro utente e / o di gruppo

I profili di sicurezza possono essere configurati in modo da garantire una combinazione dei seguenti 3 livelli autorizzativi:

• Lettura (accesso in sola lettura ai dati di campo)

• Creazione (utenti o gruppi possono aggiungere i dati a questo campo quando si crea un record)

• Aggiornamento (utenti o gruppi possono aggiornare i dati del campo dopo che è stato creato)
