Copy di security role (issue)

In CRM può nascere la necessità di creare un nuovo security role partendo da un ruolo giù esistente.

Nella sezione settings=>security role una volta selezionato il ruolo dal quale effettuare la copia è sufficiente seleziore il tab “Actions” e selezionare l’azione “Copy role”.

Il sistema creerà un nuovo ruolo, al quale dobbiamo associare una descrizione, che avrà i medesimi permessi del ruolo di origine.

A questo punto è possibile apportare le modifiche necessarie al nuovo ruolo in modo da differenziarlo dal precedente.

Purtoppo quando si associta un security role “clonato” ad un utente ci sono alcuni problemi nella “creazione della matrice dei permessi” all’utente e viene negata la possibilità di accedere alla form di creazione di alcune entità.

Per ovviare a questo problema è necessario assegnare il ruolo system administrator, all’utente accedere almeno una volta ad una form di creazione e poi riassegnare il ruolo clonato.

Ho aperto un ticket con Microsoft per la creazione di questo problema.
